2. Description of Service

PredIntel™ Strategy provides timing intelligence analysis translated into business language. Our platform offers various subscription tiers with different features and capabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user unless explicitly authorized

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed as one-time payments for 30-day access periods
• All prices are in USD
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for paid plans
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PredIntel™ Strategy are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our timing intelligence is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
